Rhan'z Barn - Highland Cow Farm Stay

Stay amongst the hairy coos at Rhan’z Barn, our family-run Highland cow farm in Bullsbrook, just outside Perth.

Our cosy, self-contained farm stay sleeps up to 6 guests and is the perfect little country escape for families, couples or anyone who loves animals and wants to slow down for a night or two.

Wake up surrounded by our Highland cows, goats and other farm animals and enjoy life on the farm at your own pace. Guests are welcome to spend time with our friendly goats and watch the Highland cows from the safety of the fence. For everyone’s safety, guests must not enter the Highland cow paddocks unless accompanied by us as part of a booked experience.

If you’d like to get up close with the hairy coos, you can add a private 1-hour Highland Cow Experience for $50 per adult. This gives you dedicated time in the paddock with some of our beautiful Highland cows. For everyone’s safety, guests cannot enter the Highland cow paddocks without us.

Rhan’z Barn is a working farm and Highland Cow Experience venue. Your farm stay accommodation is completely private, however we may have pre-booked tour guests visiting the farm during the day. You may also see us around feeding animals, checking waters and doing the normal day-to-day jobs that come with running a farm.

There is no Wi-Fi at the farm stay — so it’s the perfect excuse to switch off, slow down and enjoy some proper time together. Put the phones away, spend time with the animals, enjoy the fresh air and make the most of being out in the country.

We’re located in Bullsbrook, with shops and everyday essentials only a short drive away. The Swan Valley and plenty of local attractions are also within easy reach, while still being close enough to Perth for an easy little getaway.

Rhan’z Barn isn’t a hotel — it’s a genuine stay on our family farm, surrounded by animals, fresh air and plenty of hairy coos.
